Pralines Steal the Scene on Seeing the USA Travel Series

Fee-Fo-Lay Cafe Owner Jo Banner joined Brandy Yanchyk, creator and host of Seeing the USA Travel Series, for a demonstration on the art of praline making. As well as pralines, Jo and Brandy discussed the legends and lore of St. John the Baptist Parish and the Afro-Creole heritage of the cafe's other products like t-cakes (petite gateauxs).
